determining unknown $_GET vars from the URL

I have been trying to make a script, for my toplist, that allows site owners to put in their incentive link, and whne someone votes, it executes the script. My only problem is that the owners need to be able to set their own $_GET variables, and my script has to be able to pull those variables from the links, and keep them set as the user is voting, and then once the vote is successful, it fopens the incentive link, activating the script...

 

How would I go about making the script figure out what get variables are in the URL??????

Err, well if you used a foreach statement on the $_GET array, you could grab all the keys. I would think this would be a fairly big security risk though:

foreach($_GET as $key => $value){
echo $key.'<br />';
}
?>
