Need help in $GLOBALS

Hello all,

Created two flies

 

1)test1.php

<?php

echo "test1<hr>";

$GLOBALS["a"] =2249;

header("Location: "."http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."/test2.php");

exit;

?>

 

2)test2.php

<?php

echo $a;

?>

 

in test2.php I'm unable to get the values $a..May i know the reason and solution?
