Is there other ways creating tables other then SQL Command Line Client/php

I come across easier way to insert details.Through the same mySQL program but its has another interface call mysql center.Its with buttons so much easier for creating tables n inputs.

 

Any 1 out there come across where to download the program or so call add ons or upgrades .
