MySQL not functioning

This is the weirdest thing I\'ve come acorss

 

I havn\'t been working on my PHPSystem for a while because I\'ve been real busy with other things

 

well

I\'m bout ready to get some thngs goin so I need to finish it

 

past few days whenever I try to log off of WinXP...

I need to end task on MySQL b/c its crashed or something

 

well

its in my Systray

if I try to right click on it to bring up the MySQL window

nothing happens

 

I\'m trying to connect to it through my web browser and I\'m getting errors

 

anybody have any ideas what might be wrong

and weither or not I\'m gonna have to reinstall it?
