Hello,

I search on the net 2 days to find what I need but I find it nowhere ! I will be happy if someone can help me. I just want to create a little form asking only name and email, this form have to be send to me. I need the html code and the php code. After hit the submit button, I would like a little message like " Thank you "  Thats all !  Thank you
