Question about includes . . .

In the site I am building I am using templates to make it easier, what do you think is the best way to do it, put the header and footer together and include the body, or include the header and footer in the body?

 

For example:

 

include ('header.php');

Body Here

include ('footer.php');

 

OR

 

Header here

include ('body.php');

Footer here

I'd have header and footer separate and include them with the body in separate files (your first example)
