starting wamp server as a user in win2k

I installed wampserver on a windows 2000 system and it works fine as long as I am logged in with the Administrator account.

But I can not start the services as a user.

I tried

in services wampapache server => properties => logon => change that into the user I would like to be able to start the server

and after that rebooting of course.

but still it does not work.

 

Does anybody have any idea how to solve this ?
