Scale Watermark to Image?

I've been watermarking some of my images with a logo but when the images are small it looks bad with a huge logo on it.  Does anyone have some code to scale the watermark logo in proportion to the image?  Say I always want it logo to be 10% of the width or something.  Doesn't seem to hard but my brain is fried today.  Thanks
