I want to create something similar to http://themes.wordpress.net I know it would be very hard, that's why I'm here asking for your help. I'm running a Wordpress blog where people can create accounts. Now I want them to be able to submit themes, but only those users who have an account. Basically what I want is a site where users can submit zip files. Then the system will unzip them and place into a new numeric folder that it will create itself. And then there will be a preview link that will select the requested folder. Do you guys think I should hire someone to do this for me? Cos I'm really bad at php....
