is it possible to allow a user to select which image they'd like to send in an email

Hello All!

What i plan on doing is to send an email which is formatted using a template. So far I have written the script for this and it works great using str_replace() to customize text info.
also I have written a simple script allowing a user to upload a file to my webserver storings its name in an sql database.

What I'm wondering now is if i can put it all together and allow a user to upload an image to the server, then browse through the pictures selecting one to go into the email.

I've been thinking about it for a few days and I really dont know what to do and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for this.

any suggestions, links would be greatly appreciated
