Firestorm ZERO
I am currently working on a bookmark manager in PHP. I was wondering if it is possible to not send the referral link when I click the links. As it show up as "localhost" in their web stats. Wuhtzu
Well it sure is, but it has nothing to do with PHP. The referer header is set / send by the user agent which in this case will be your browser. The server, and therefor php, has nothing to do with it. This requires some 3rd party software to alter the referer header. Alot of firewalls do it to enforce privacy... I'm sure you can get plugins to your browser (if it's not IE ) which will allow you to alter it.
