Hi all. I'm no SQL guru and I'm hoping someone can help me build a query.

I need to delete 1 or multiple rows from 2 different tables. I believe this (below) will work just fine if I'm only deleting 1 row at a time from each table.

DELETE ecart.orderdetails, ecart.orders FROM ecart.orderdetails, ecart.orders WHERE orderdetails.DetailOrderID = 9 AND orders.OrderID = 9;

However, there will be times that I'll need to delete more than 1 row.... kind of like this.....

DELETE ecart.orderdetails, ecart.orders FROM ecart.orderdetails, ecart.orders WHERE orderdetails.DetailOrderID = 9,10,11 AND orders.OrderID = 9,10,11;

although, this doesn't work, but at least you can see what I'm trying to accomplish.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks.

Steve
