Need help with PHP Streams

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to do a script that allows users to download stuff from rapidshare :P

 

What the script does is initiate a download from the rapidshare server and have the user download the file directly from the rapidshare server. My server/script will no longer have any part of the download. I read from other sites that this involves PHP streams. Can anyone shine a light on this?
