xjasonx
I run apache 2.0.45 on windows me. I can\'t restart or shut it off no matter what, I have to restart the comp. I even do ctr+alt+del and that doesn\'t work. When I try to read the error log, I get an alert that says it\'s being used by another application and I can\'t use it. Anyone know what the problems are? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/602-apache-wont-restart-or-shutdown-and-i-cant-read-error-log/ Share on other sites

rhysmeister
Have you tried the \"net stop\" and \"net start\" commands?
