FTP Zip Files

My server does not have the zip library, so I am using mzip http://esurfers.com/m-zip/.  I have this working fine on the same server, however what I want to do is this:

 

1)  User logs onto my server and uploads a zip file of images.

2)  Zip file is moved to another server and unzipped.

 

Now everything needs to be done on my server and the only thing that should be seen on the other server is the unzipped files.  The only way I can think of this being done is to unzip first and then transfer over the files one by one. 

 

Anybody have any ideas on how I can do this?  Thanks.
