Help needed to customise 2 x php scripts

Need assistance, please. Have purchased two php scripts and installed on my server, both running fine. Both scripts are advertising scripts, one a online car sales showroom and the other a classified ads site. However, both scripts are geared for paying customers only, not allowing for free ads. I would like to change this to allow for free classified advertising on both sites, so people do not have to pay.

 

The sites are as follows:

and

namibiaclassifieds.com

 

Could someone please have a look and tell me either how to change the script, or do it for me (would be willing to pay for it, via paypal)?
