$query1 = "SELECT month,day,time,event,venue,last_id FROM dmms_schedule ORDER BY ABS(last_id) DESC";
$result1 = mysql_query($query1) //Executes the SQL Query
or die("This script was unable to execute the SQL Query #1. Please
contact the webmaster and inform them of the problem. Sorry for the
inconvience.");
$numrows1 = mysql_num_rows($result1);
$row1 = mysql_fetch_array($result1,MYSQL_ASSOC);
extract($row1);
if ($numrows1 == "0")
{
echo "No Page Data Found for $thispage";
}
else
{
while ($myrow = mysql_fetch_row($result1))
{
  printf('
	<tr>
          <td style="valign:top">%s</td>
          <td style="valign:top">%s</td>
          <td style="valign:top">%s</td>
          <td style="valign:top"><b>%s</b></td>
          <td style="valign:top">%s</td>
          </tr>

          ',
	$myrow[0], $myrow[1], $myrow[2], $myrow[3],$myrow[4]);
}

}

The above code prints all the results except the first one. Like the first row that is extracted is not printed.
