Moron
I have a text file and I want to display the contents on the screen. In the file itself (plain ASCII), it's laid out neatly with paragraph dividers and headings, etc..., but when I display it, it's all one ran-together jumble. I've used readfile and get_file_contents. I also tried using <PRE> tags on it, but then it doesn't wrap and stretches somewhere into the next county. Ideas?

Moron
Sorry to bump something so old, but this has reared its ugly head again. The code will read the file just fine except it doesn't recognize line breaks between paragraphs. The HTML <PRE> tag removes all word wrap and makes it stretch into the next county. I haven't had any luck with nl2br, either. I tried the.... file() .... array idea, but I can't make heads or tails of it.
