EASY form help **quick

Hey guys,

I dont know if this would qualify for help in php but I'm using the form to run a php script.

So far i have:

 

I <select name="agree" > 
    <option>DISAGREE</option>
    <option>AGREE</option>
  </select>
  to the Terms and Conditions of using this website.
  <br><br>
    <input type="submit" value="Submit" />

 

Basically I want to have the submit button disabled by default and only enable when the AGREE option is selected.

any quick help?
