ShaolinF
Hi Guys, My IF statement doesnt work (partly). On the first to conditions it works fine, but when I want to go to google.com if both the first conditions are false it just refreshes the page. It works if I use "alert" but not with redirection. See code: <script language="javascript"> <!-- function Submitted(form) { if(form.validator.value == "") { window.location="retry.php"; return false; } else if(form.password.value == "") { window.location="retry2.php"; return false; } else { //alert("22"); window.location="http://www.google.com/"; return true; } } //--> </script> Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/62384-if-statement-problem/ Share on other sites
mainewoods
else { //alert("22"); window.location="http://www.google.com/"; return true; } --if you don't return false, the form will still submit even thought you set window.location Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/62384-if-statement-problem/#findComment-310522 Share on other sites
