If statement problem

Hi Guys,

 

My IF statement doesnt work (partly). On the first to conditions it works fine, but when I want to go to google.com if both the first conditions are false it just refreshes the page. It works if I use "alert" but not with redirection. See code:

--if you don't return false, the form will still submit even thought you set window.location
