Change fields on List Menu

I want to do something that goes like this...

 

Whenever a user Wants to submit a movie link to my website, I want them to have these options:

 

Genre (The type of movie this is)

Title (This is where users have submitted a movie name, like creating a new folder. This title will be a link to the movie....)

 

Part

Link to Movie

 

 

Now I want users to be obligated to choose a genre first before being able to chose which movie their link belongs to.

 

Then when they choose something like for example War/Gangster, I want all the war/gangster movie titles with their id numbers to be shown in the next list menu...
