PC Nerd
hi, Im not sure if it posilbe, but im trying to get a SWF file as the background of my page, but the swf file is dynamically named. Its like a gallery and when a user clicks on the lick to that file, it displays the image /swf. but i want the file to appear as the background. code: echo "<body background = '".$POST['file_name']."'>"; ii have 3 files so far. file1, 2, 3 .swf. and i can easily view each one as a seperate file, and they work once i embed them as images. is this my php code, or do i have to look at my browser to display the swf as BG..? thanks
Nakor
From what I understand of your question: You simply need to receive input from the user when they submit the flash form and then display the appropriate background flash image. In which case your example of $_POST['file_name'] should work. Although I don't believe you can actually use a flash image as a background for a webpage with the HTML you provided. Crew-Portal
A SWF background would Lag your processor so much that i dont even think the page would load (Unless your using an XPS) But if you can still an SWF background is not all that smart! but if you need one you could do it in .css use background-image: ('link/to/swf.swf') background-position x-y;
