Can you please help me find a trouble ticket system

I have had an extremely difficult time finding a trouble ticket script to suit my needs.  I either find something that is complete overkill or something else that isn't enough.  I have literally installed at least 8 or 9 trouble ticket systems and none have worked for me in terms of ease of use and functionality.  Can you please recommend something for me?

 

I am looking for a php trouble ticket system that is plain and simple.  I like a clean look and good functionality.  I would also like it to be able to create and update tickets via email.  I want to be able to copy and paste html emails and not spend 5 minutes formatting the post.  If possible I would like to have something that does have built in reporting functions but I can get around that with my own reports. That's all.  Every time I find something that is simple it can't create via email.  Every time I install something that can do what I want it does 20 different things like knowledgebase and inventory or the ticket system itself is really complicated and for large shops.

 

I am using a windows machine with Apache and MySQL installed.

Also you did not mention specific requirements, and what you are willing to pay.

 

Google, and you'll find some good ones in the range of $200-300.

 

Perhaps Kayako support (more expensive) or phpsupporttickets for free or $9.99 etc.
