I have a everyday-updating and huge database table's CSV format (min. 10MB) and i wanna add/update it to the MySQL at server. But, because of its size i cannot decide what to do. I'm studying on local with PHP and MySQL, and on server PHP and MySQL.

1- At every changing on the this db's table, must i make a change on server's MySQL? (I'm beware of internet connection problems)

2- Must i convert db's table to CSV format at a particular time of a day and send it to server by "file upload"? (I'm beware of sending time's excess.)

3- While using "file upload", what must i do due to problems of timeout?
