Activity MOD is broken

I am working on a site for a church and it was requested to have a few games for the kids.  Anyway, I have installed that particular mod on several different sites with no problems, however, this time I have had nothing but problems with this installation.  Everyingthing looks fine in the ACP but when you go to access the page, you get a bunch of junk that looks like sql crap and then a lot of errors.  You can see exactly what it does if you go here:  http://www.alumspringsbaptistchurch.org/forums/activity.php
