php works in htdocs- not in httpsdocs

Hi folks;

 

I have PHP running on apache 2 (on fedora) and it's configured properly so that php files in htdocs are parsed.

However, it's not configured so that files in httpsdocs are parsed...

 

Can anyone help?

 

P.S. I only have command line access
