What I'm interested in doing is creating a detailed online application that the applicant fills out, then once submitted, a PDF is created of the application, where it is then sent to the hiring coordinator and the applicant has an opportunity to view/print their application via the same PDF. I know it sounds like a lot, but it's just a thought. Is this remotely workable? If so, where do I start? I'm creating such a form now, but i'm not sure the steps to take after this...
