luthan Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 i have apache 2.2.2 running with a version of php 5.1.6 i currently do no have gd library set up and want to install it i am having issue with getting this to work. i downloaded the latest version of php and when I run ./configure --with-gd=/usr/local/lib everything runs successfully with no errors. after i make and make install, everything seems to be ok. when i run phpinfo(), i still see the old version of php and no gd libs set up, as if what i did just before didn't do anything what am i missing?
