Include script to include multiple files by date of creation

Anyone know or have a script that I can use in which you have two files, one created April 1 and the other April 2, I want April 2 to be included first, then 1 and so on. Below is a script I have for including multiple files, but need it so it does what I want.

while ($java = readdir($handles)) {
if(!is_dir($java) && !is_link($java))
{
@include("dir/". $java);
}
}
?>
