prc
Hey Guys, I'v got this php script running on my site. Its very intensive and acts like it times out - im not sure, but doesn't come up with the timeout php error, but instead after loading for a bit: Firefox: It would prompt to be downloaded, not opened in browser. When opened its just a blank page. IE: "Action canceled , Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable." PHP file_get_contents: "Warning: file_get_contents(*url*): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! in *script* on line x" Theres no headers on this script. I'm stumped. If anyone would be able to suggest what the problem is and if there are ways of fixing it, this would be most appreciated! Thanks, PRC ??? prc
Sorry, its sort of a combination of scripts and some absolute scripts. All I can say its intensive and causes unknown problems above.

wmguk
speaking from experience without seeing all the relevant scripts there is no way to tell what the error could be
mattison
dude some advice...if you want people to help you, they need to know what your talking about, so the script or at least a link to the script, if not they will not know what you want helping with. I rewrote my script which solved the timeout error about 50% and changed phpini stuff which I think now has fixed timeouts. Thanks again.
