Hotokegi
Using: Apache HTTP Server 2.2.4 Windows XP SP2 w/ IE7 IT WORKED Prior to installing SP2 (when I only had SP1) - now it doesn't work after SP2. Apache is installed, config file is correctly configured (least I think it is) and below is how I am set up to run the server. 1) www.hotokegimusic.com REDIRECTS TO portfolio.no-ip.org 2) portfolio.no-ip.org REDIRECTS TO 192.168.0.103 through D-Link Routers' IP 3) D-Link Router configured for DMZ for 192.168.0.103 and INBOUND PORT 80 is OPEN (via Router) 4) Sygate Personal Firewall is set to ALLOW ALL. All it does is say: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Apache Configuration: - Listen 192.168.0.103:80 - ServerName www.hotokegimusic.com Everything else in the config is set to DEFAULT INSTALLATION settings. Can ANYONE help me get an idea of what is wrong? Thanks! :'(
apacheguy
I found that portfolio.no-ip.org resolves to 68.1.101.159 I then went into my browser, typed in that IP, and got a page cannot be found. Your problem is most likely with the no-ip DNS record. If 68.1.101.159 is your current ip address, then it doesn't solve the problem. If it is not, then I would suggest that you look into the record at no-ip.
