[SOLVED] What's Wrong With My Query???

I'm trying to send the form data to my db, but it doesn't send it.  I know the data is correct because I print every line that will go into the db before I do.  Here is the code:

By the way, I did another query on the same page that checks the user's id and password and that works fine.

Put or die(mysql_error()); at the end and post the error.

Thanks!  Found the problem.  Field name was misspelled.  Works perfectly now!!!
