foreach and array_ walk functions

I  have two arrays, $arParsedLines and $arLineNumbers. The second contains elements which have been set to active which are also found in the first. I want to do the following.

 

1. mark all lines inside $arParsedLines with active=false

2. walk through the Array $arLineNumbers

3. for each Line-Number in $arLineNumbers, set active=true for the corrosponding line in the Array $arParsedLines

 

Please help me get the below portion of my script to make the above meaning. Thanks

 

 

foreach ($arParsedLines as $value)

  {

 

echo "$value["active"]==false";

 

}

 

  array_walk($arLineNumbers);

 

foreach ($arLineNumbers as $key => $value)

  {

  echo "$value["active"]==true";

 

}
