"PHP Warning Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0"

Hello PHP forum members,

 

      Using IIS/MySQL/Dreamweaver on my local computer, I get an error message saying:

"PHP Warning: Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0".

I have tried going into C:\Program files\PHP\PHP.ini and commenting

out ";extension=php_mysql.dll" which makes things worse as I cannot

then read the local timetest page. I have read where it is said that I should "look at my

Windows/php.ini for duplicate extension entries." I have done that. Also where or what is

PHP binary, and should I look there? Also what is 'Unknown in line 0'? Please help!
