Firefox cache error

I want to make firefox refresh the page when it is loaded, but it wont

Works in IE, not FF... ?

header("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate");
header("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT");

something else i should add to make it work with mozilla?
