I have a challenge to find a decent php news article plugin that will allow a user to add a news article management system. It also needs to have a summary facility that would appear on the homepage with a smaller thumbnail of any uploaded article picture. Ive looked at thrid party software such as from Interpsire etc but they either are overkill (too rich in functionaity) or do not support the image thumbail feature that we need to go on a homepage.
