A Staff Page Generator

So i have this site and what i was wondering if i could get a "Staff Panel" as such..

 

For eg.

 

I login,

There are options eg. Add Staff member, edit and delete.

On the add page there is a image link, name text field and job text field and when you press add it produces and image like this (fig.1) and inserts it onto a staff page. (Puts the pic on the pedistal, adds name and job).

On the edit page there is a drop down box to select the staff member, then when you press ok it comes up with the name and job text field and when you are done it submits when you press done or whatever.

And the delete page is fairly straight forward, drop down staff list, select and delete.

 

Obviously it would use MySQL
