[SOLVED] Count down

Im trying to make a count down from an data from mysql.

i only need it to count down from 60 seconds. Ive tried making itmyself but its frustrating me :s

 

I limit each user from posting for 1 minute. i wish to have a count down in thier menu so they can tell when there next post can be made
