Form action > Javascript call > php

So i have this javascript witch it will import the content of a page to a DIV call contentarea.

I call this js function to import the php page "review" to the DIV "contentarea" after the submit in my form.

The script working but the values of the inputs of the form are not tranfered to the page. I cannot echo the values given in the form fields. When i call the preview.php directly its working ok. So somehow the js mess it.
