There is unexpected closing in your if condition. modify your code with the following block

 

if($_SESSION['SESS_CHANGEID'] == TRUE)
{
session_unset();
session_regenerate_id(); // This Line does not show as valid code either.
}
require("config.php");
$db = mysql_connect($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpassword);
mysql_select_db($dbdatabase, $db);
