I need some quick help on building a few pages on a website.  Here is my website with a simple submit form that emails me, but I want to input that information into a database that I can have my friends query and update so we can tell if someone was contacted.  I also would like the information to be carried in a session across multiple pages so more information can be submitted on subsequent pages.  I would also like to add an link that will be used in the autoresponder allowing the person to continue their session without having to reenter their information, but users should not have to register with IDs and PWs.

To me this sounds basic because I only need 10 or so fields in total within the SQL database.  I'm not trying to make it complicated and my friends that query the database can either have login IDs or just know the web address to make a single field modification.

I don't have any concerns.  The current website works, but I just want to make it so that everyone on my team knows that a specific person was contacted and that when a client comes onto the website we can continue to gather data on them until they get off the website.
