I have got this simple bit of code that get the content from a txt doc and displays it. What i want it to do is return other file types, such as word ect.  I have done some research and ask on here how i do it and people keep saying about COM. As a newbie i have NO idea. Does anyone know of a tutorial i can use or show me come example bits of code.
