cgm225
So I wrote a gallery script I use on my website, and it provides a small thumbnail --> medium thumbnail --> and then the full image (here is an example gallery); however, server space is starting to become an issue, and so I was thinking I would simply have small and medium images and NO full size images (since the full images do not appear in the website wrapper, and do not fit within most browser windows (though, some will resize it down to fit)). Therefore, I wanted to get everyones opinion:: If you had to speculate, do you think people are looking at the full size images all that often? As far as the user experience is concerned, do you think it would be ok to have the medium size thumbnail as the largest avalible image? Thank you all in advance! GingerRobot
It certainly seems like overkill to have 3 sizes to me. Personally, i think the current medium sized images could afford to be larger. You could then certainly get rid of the largest size.
