The point is,... though the data within MySQL changes in realtime while visitors hits, but the counter result shows on web page MUST stay remain unchanged between 1:00am to 20:00pm. The counter on first page will able to refresh the results in MySQL database only in " 21:00 " OR " 22:00 " OR " 23:00 " OR " 24:00 " randomly. Any counter based on PHP & MySQL would be helpful to me. This is the small nice counter I found.
