Either I'm stuck, or stupid.

<?php

if(!$_COOKIE['ln']){
$ln = "en";
}else {
$ln = $_COOKIE['ln'];
}

$langs = array(
'en' => 'English',

'fr' => 'Français'
);

$lang = array(

'en' => array(
	'interest_rate_money_applied' => 'Money',
	'interest_rate_interest' => 'Interest Percent',
	'interest_rate_interest_notice' => 'Do not include the % sign',
	'interest_rate_year' => 'Total Years'
	)

'fr' => array( //this is line 24
	'interest_rate_money_applied' => 'Argent',
	'interest_rate_interest' => 'Intérêt Pourcentage',
	'interest_rate_interest_notice' => 'N\'inclue pas le signe %',
	'interest_rate_year' => 'Année total'
	)

);

$src = array(

'input_submit' => 'http://www.***.com/images/go_button.png'

);

?>

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ')' in /home2/us/public_html/includes/languages.php on line 24
