[SOLVED] Firefox ignores conditional statements?

Why are my conditional statements not working...

<![if IE 7]> <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main_ie.css" /> <![endif]>

<![if !IE 7]> <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main.css" /> <![endif]>

I.E. loads the first one, Firefox loads BOTH. Why's this?

I want all Browsers to only load the second one except I.E. which needs to only load the first one... what am I doing wrong?

These don't work either...

<!--[if IE]>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main_ie.css" />
<![endif]-->

<!--[if !IE]>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main.css" />
<![endif]-->

<!--[if IE]>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main_ie.css" />
<![endif]-->

<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main.css" />

This worked...:

<!--[if IE]>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main_ie.css" />
<![endif]-->

<![if !IE]>
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.starwarsrevolution.net/main.css" />
<![endif]>

Sorry for triple posting, don't blame me - blame the edit limit.

Though after a few Hours of work I found out that I could fix my IE 7 issue with adding min-height:100% to an element...
