Template System with Global Layout

I have a client who is uses a Global index file but also has template files for every php page.

 

I need to add a custom PHP application to the Global file but I'm not having much success with it.

http://www.idealclothing.net/show.php is the file i need to include as the Featured Products.

[This file has the MySQL info removed so it wont cause any issues or delays within the website]

 

I found a way to add it but it was displaying at the top of the page instead of the spot {FEATURED} in the Global template.

 

Any ideas how i can include it without breaking anything?
