PHPtriad Internal Server Error

can anyone help me solve this problem actually i am a newbie in using php so i try phptriad
and i don't know what the hell is wrong with it because i always get this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I look for the errors in the error log and this came out:
[Sat Apr 15 11:42:06 2006] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: c:/apache/htdocs/favicon.ico
[Sat Apr 15 12:50:02 2006] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: c:/apache/php/php.exe

can anyone pls help me ASAP:)
