solhunter
Hello, Im not that good at php, and i've been working on this for a while and can't seem to get it going. I have one file with form checkboxes created; <form action="shop.php" method="post"> item 1 <input type = "checkbox" name = "item[]" value = 199.99> item 2 <input type = "checkbox" name = "item[]" value = 20.99> item 3 <input type = "checkbox" name = "item[]" value = 94.99> Now I need to make another page that acts like a shopping cart and add's the values above that are selected. I've tried using; <?php if( isset($_POST["item"]) ) { foreach ($_POST["item"] as $element) { echo "$element"; } }else{ echo "No values checked<br>"; } ?> but I cant get them to add, can anyone please help? kjanceski
You can try something like this. while(list($key,$val)=@each($_POST['item'])) { echo $val; } Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/74556-adding-form-values/#findComment-376842 Share on other sites
