Not sure what is wrong with php error

Hi,

Im trying to install a php faq program and im getting some errors. I know very little about php and just know the basics to install things like invision power board e.c.t.

And the error i am getting is:-

Please help. I have set up all the options in the copnfig files and im just stuck now. If needs anyone that can install it for me for a small fee via paypal let me know.

is there a file called [b]config.inc.php[/b] located inside the admin folder? As currently PHP cannot find that file in side the admin folder.

Yeah ive checked and the file is inside the admin folder its one of the files i had to modify a few lines with my site details.

If anyone needs the files to look at let me know i can email them.
